Robert Stevens CPA – Director

Robert (Bob) has over 30 years experience in public accounting practice including business and personal taxation, auditing and small business advisory services. As a business owner and employer since 1981, Bob understands the issues affecting small business and the motivations for achieving effective and efficient business management practices.

Bob has a keen interest in the share market and self managed super funds. He is an active member of the Somerset Rotary Club and enjoys keeping fit, social golf and gardening.

David Elphinstone – B.Com CPA – Director

David’s farming background has proved a unique asset for agri-business clients. With a motivation for staying on top of changing business environments, David will assist your business to be proactive rather than reactive.

David has a keen participation in the business community as President of the Seacoast BNI (Business Networking International) group and in 2009 was selected as a finalist in the CPA Australia Young Accountant of the Year Award.

In his spare time David spends time on his property in Sisters Creek and is an avid outdoor man enjoying camping and four-wheel driving.

Troy Franks – B.Com – Client Services & Audit

Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns, Troy is in regular contact with our business clientele. Troy also provides auditing services for self managed super funds and is the go-to man for the preparation of individual tax returns.

Troy is currently studying for his CPA and maintains a keen focus on current affairs and investment news. Outside of work Troy enjoys cycling, football, basketball and overseas travel.

Alysha McCreadie - B.Bus – Client Services

Alysha is responsible for managing your superannuation needs and as a vibrant people person, enjoys delivering MYOB and PC Cashflow training to our clients. Alysha also assists in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, BAS statements and administration.

Alysha is currently completing her CPA and also plays in the Ulverstone Municipal Band, enjoys badminton, netball and socialising with friends. .

Kade Seaman – Client Services

Kade started with the firm in November 2009 and is involved with the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns and BAS’s; and assists with the administration of client’s Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Kade is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Business at the University of Tasmania and is keen to establish his career in Accounting. Outside of work Kade enjoys playing football with Ridgley, diving, cycling and running.

Gene Medwin – Client Services

Gene joined the team at Elphinstone Stevens in August 2010 after completing the first half of his Business Degree at the University Of Tasmania, Cradle Coast Campus. Gene assists senior staff with the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, BAS’s, and other accounting work as required.

In his spare time Gene enjoys racing his father’s race car, as well as swimming and supporting his beloved Saint Kilda football club.

 

Ashlee Duniam – Client Services

Ashlee commenced her traineeship after gaining work experience with our firm and completing college in November 2010. She is involved with assisting in the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns and Business Activity Statements. She also assists with the administration of client’s Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Ashlee is also studying towards her Bachelor of Business Degree which keeps her busy when not at work. When she does have spare time, she also enjoys getting outdoors, catching up with friends and reading.

Adrian Swinoga – Client Services

Adrian joined the team in January 2011 during his final year of his Business Degree at the University of Tasmania’s Cradle Coast campus. He has now moved onto studying towards his CPA qualification. Adrian assists in preparation of income tax returns, financial statements and Business Activity Statements.

In his spare time Adrian can be found renovating and enjoys camping and spending time with his family.

 

Kellie Dicker – Reception / Administration

Kellie is an integral part of our team and has been with the firm since July 2010. Her role involves a wide range of administrative, reception and management assignments to ensure the smooth and effective running of the practice.

She is usually be the one to greet clients either, when they come in the office, or over the telephone. Kellie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and home renovations.
