TASA Disclosure Statement
As a Tax Agent, our work for you is performed in accordance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA). Under this Act, the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024 requires that we make the following disclosures to you:
Matters that could significantly influence your decision to engage us (or continue to engage us) for a Tax Agent Service from 1 July 2022 onward include the following:
- We have not committed any prior material breaches of the TASA or related instruments.
- We are not currently under investigation by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) for any material breaches.
- No sanctions have been imposed on us by the TPB, and there are no conditions on our registration.
- We have not been disqualified from providing tax agent services.
- We do not employ or engage any individuals who have been disqualified from providing tax agent services.

- The Tax Practitioner’s Board maintains a register of Tax Agents and BAS Agents. You can access and search this register here: https://www.tpb.gov.au/public-register
Complaints Process
- If you have a complaint about our Tax Agent services, please contact us directly at mail@elst.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the TPB to lodge a formal complaint. Information on how to do this is available at https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints.
